Entourage Institute delivers an 85-hour hybrid laser certification through SAA Laser Institute, built for practitioners who are already licensed and ready to add laser and light-based treatments to their scope.
Chapter 01
Who it's for
This course is not an entry point into the beauty field. To enroll, you must already be a licensed esthetician or a medical professional, an RN or beyond. The coursework assumes you already know skin, and builds laser and light-based treatment on top of that foundation.
That prerequisite exists because laser work carries real risk to skin and eyes if it is done without the underlying training to recognize contraindications and read a client's skin correctly before treatment begins.
How the 85 hours split
The certification is delivered as a hybrid: 40 hours of online didactic coursework and 45 hours of hands-on training, through SAA Laser Institute in partnership with William O. Reed, Jr., M.D., P.A.
The online portion covers the science and safety protocols behind each device and treatment type. The hands-on portion is where that knowledge turns into technique, working under direct supervision before you are certified to treat clients on your own.
Chapter 03
What the certification covers
The curriculum spans laser hair reduction, IPL skin rejuvenation, treatment of vascular and pigmented lesions, laser resurfacing and skin toning, tattoo removal, and RF microneedling for skin tightening and body contouring.
