Five steps, one campus
How enrollment works.
There is no shortcut around a real conversation with admissions. Every applicant moves through the same five steps, from the first call to orientation morning, and admissions is available at every one of them to answer questions about schedules, transfers or financial aid.
Connect with admissions
Call the front desk at (913) 270-3979 and talk through which program fits your schedule and your goals, whether that is cosmetology, esthetics, nail technology, massage therapy or the laser certification. Admissions can also answer your first questions about transferring hours from another school.
Schedule a tour
A tour takes about 30 minutes. You will walk the classrooms and the clinic floor, see a class in session and meet the instructors before you decide on a program.
Complete your application
Once you know which program and which schedule, full time or part time, you want, complete your application. Admissions will walk you through exactly what is needed.
Explore financial aid
Sit down with admissions to talk through scholarships and payment plans, and ask about VA funding or Vocational Rehabilitation if either applies to you.
Attend orientation
Meet your class, get your schedule and start training toward your Kansas license on the same clinic floor where the public books services.
Who can enroll
The basic requirements.
Applicants must be at least 17 years of age with a high school diploma, transcript, GED or equivalent. Bring whichever of those you have when you schedule your tour, and admissions will tell you exactly what still needs to be on file before you start.

Coming from another school
Transfer students are welcome.
If you already have hours from another cosmetology school, those hours must first be submitted to and approved by the Kansas State Board of Cosmetology before they count toward your program here. Admissions can walk you through that process when you connect with them, so bring your prior transcript or hours documentation to the conversation.

Paying for school
Financial aid and funding.
Entourage offers financial aid programs, including scholarships and flexible payment plans, so cost does not have to be the reason you put off starting. The school also works with VA funding and Vocational Rehabilitation associations for students who qualify through those routes. Ask admissions which of these applies to you when you schedule your tour, and bring any paperwork you already have.
The Cosmetology, Nails and Esthetics programs are approved by the Kansas Board of Cosmetology, and the Therapeutic Massage program is approved by the Kansas Board of Regents, so every program is built toward a real state license, not just a certificate of completion.
