Becoming a Massage Therapist: What Massage School in Kansas Looks Like

The upside of a single, full-time track is pace and consistency. Students move through the modalities and clinical hours together as a group, rather than a mix of full-time and part-time students moving at different speeds.

Alongside the modalities themselves, students study anatomy and physiology, learning how muscles, joints and soft tissue actually respond to different kinds of pressure and movement. The public can book massage services at the school's student clinic, currently priced at $30 for 30 minutes, $50 for 60 minutes, $70 for 90 minutes, and $100 for 120 minutes, with add-ons like hot stone or a foot scrub available for $10 each.

For students, that clinic time is where technique becomes muscle memory, learning to read how a real body responds to pressure and adjusting in the moment, with an instructor close by the whole time.

Public massage appointments follow the same walk-ins-accepted, appointments-preferred approach as Entourage's other clinic services, and slots for longer sessions like the 90 or 120-minute massage tend to fill first, so calling ahead is worth it if you have a specific day and time in mind.
